Meet our Founder

C&B Educational Consulting was founded by an educator with more than 20 years of frontline K-12 teaching experience and advanced degrees including an M.A.T., M.Ed., and Specialist certification in Administration and Supervision (Ed.S). As a middle school social studies instructional lead, and high school History teacher, he knows both the language of the classroom and the pressures of the district office. Today, he partners with schools and districts to strengthen Tier 1 instruction through instructional coaching, restorative professional development, and the Three Integrated Instructional Framework — combining Hess Depth of Knowledge, the Danielson Framework, and the C&B Holistic Growth Model. His mission is practical and restorative: help educators reconnect with their purpose, improve student outcomes, and teach without running on empty.
