Our foundation is built on over 20 years of frontline teaching experience and a rigorous academic background, including an M.A.T., M.Ed., and Specialist certification in Administration and Supervision. We don't just consult from the outside; we speak the language of both the classroom and the district office. Founded in June 2024, we partner with schools to create professional learning experiences that are restorative, metaphor-driven, and intentionally designed to be emotionally resonant. We help educators reconnect with their purpose while providing the practical, leadership-backed strategies they need to strengthen their daily practice.
