In a time when Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are often challenged in America, educators face many obstacles. Their goal is to educate every student. Universal Design for Learning (UDL) champions the idea that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to education. Instead, UDL provides flexible pathways to accommodate the diverse needs of all students, ensuring an inclusive learning environment. The goal is to help all students reach their full potential. This includes students with learning disabilities, English Language Learners (ELL), and those facing social and emotional challenges
