Universal Design for Learning Workshop
Instructional design for educators
Description du service
In today’s educational landscape—where Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives are frequently scrutinized—educators are increasingly challenged to meet the needs of every learner while maintaining high academic expectations. Universal Design for Learning (UDL) offers a practical, research-based framework that moves beyond a one-size-fits-all approach to instruction. This interactive workshop supports educators in designing flexible, inclusive learning experiences that proactively remove barriers and increase access for all students. Participants will explore how to apply UDL principles to lesson design, assessment, and instructional delivery, ensuring multiple pathways for engagement, representation, and expression. The workshop is designed to help educators strengthen instructional practice so that all learners— including students with disabilities, English Language Learners (ELLs), and students navigating social-emotional challenges—can meaningfully engage with content and demonstrate learning. Participants will leave with: • A clear understanding of the UDL framework and its classroom application • Practical strategies to design lessons that anticipate learner variability • Tools to increase student engagement, access, and academic success • Ready-to-use instructional planning resources adaptable across grade levels and content areas Format: Online (live, interactive) Pricing: Starting at $750 Audience: K–12 educators, instructional coaches, and school leaders
